For organization and decor, you can schedule an initial consultation. To order Custom Apparel, please fill out the order form and a member of the team will contact you.
DO I HAVE TO PAY FOR THE CONSULTATION?
No, the initial consultation is complimentary. The Consultation is a great way to establish clients’ needs, and to describe, in more detail, how the process works.
HOW MUCH WILL THIS COST?
For customized items, the costs do vary, depending on the clients needs and space. However we will do our best to work with your budget, and still deliver the WOW factor. Clients will receive initial estimates, and a final invoice sent before production begins.
DO YOU SERVE OUT-OF-STATE CLIENTS?
Yes. Though BSL is based in Dallas, Texas. We do ship Custom Apparel, labels and some materials to out-of-state clients. And we are able to travel for installations if client desires.
HOW LONG WILL THE ENTIRE PROCESS TAKE?
Time lines vary, but typically range from 1-2 weeks after client approves design plans and templates . Rush orders may incur additional charges
CAN I CANCEL AN ORDER?
Customized items cannot be resold, so once production begins, cancellations are no longer possible. Client may edit or cancel only before production actually begins. Customer satisfaction is our priority, and we will work with client to resolve any issues.
